I am new to SWorks (Inventor user for 5 years). In my new job, I need
to make an accurate model of a plastic gallon milk jug (the shape we're
all familiar with) to cut a mold using CNC machine. This is a big
challenge for me, since I have little surfacing experience.

The jug's handle is the tough part.

I have seen some examples of what SW can do and know this can be done,
but need some help to get there. Would anyone like to help, I can send
what I have done so far to anyone that offers help.

    Thanks!

I have done the majority of the jug as a solid, but cannot successfully
fillet around the handle where it meets the body. Thus, I am trying
    surfacing for handle.

  5. I think that Ed Eaton makes a bottle in one of his tutorials. Even if he
doesn't, they are great for learning how to do this type of work.

I think the bottle is in Curvy Stuff 201 or 301, but I would go through them
in order, as there is a lot to be learned.

do the handle separately from the rest of the jug then when you got it the
way you want you can just merge the 2 parts together.
