Help Window minimized

    The first time I start Autocad and access the help file, the window opens up
    over my session of cad. If accessed again, it is minimized each and every
    time unless I restart cad where it will only open up fully, once. Is there
    any way to set this to always open on top of cad? The reason I ask is that
    I have created a cad help file (chm) accessible through a menu and I want it
    to always open whenever anyone access it without having to select it from
    the taskbar. (2000i)
