I have a single part, some complexity with curves, It loads up ok but
when I go to edit any of the sketches or add a new sketch it hangs at
the point of editing or adding a dimension, When I look at the task
manager the CPU is churning at 100%! and if left nothing changes! I'm
guessing the file is currupted some how, is there anyway to try and
solve this without drawing the piece again! My only option so far has
been to shut down SW and restart SW, OS keeps working ok!

hasn't happened with any other pieces!

  3. Before you do anything too drastic, you might want to reboot your PC.
Sometimes SW gets confused, especially if you've been working for a long
time or have been using a lot of memory. Bizarre behavior happens that a
    reboot cures.
