Help on IIP3 simulation with PSS

    Hi,All:

    We are running PSS to simulate the IIP3 of a LNA. The procedure is just
    normal: We have two tones RF input. We sweep the input power.
    But we cann't get the 3:1 slope for third harmonic and fundmental
    frequecy. It is always like 1:1.
    We use cadence 5.0 right now.
    Your suggestion is really appreciated.
