help I need to make a "prototype" drawing

    I lost my configuration so I need to do the following, but I have done a
    while back and I forgot.
    every time I opened acad MEChanical desktop I had my drawing ready to
    work with layers , lsp, ploteres etc. I lost all of that , in teh past i
    had to make adrawing called acad.dwg and it loaded all this things now?
    what do I do to recreate my "template", I know how to create templates
    ..dwt but how can I attach the one I want with the intitial drawing?
    also i lost my monochrome. cbs or something like that from the config..

    The drawing template that you select from the "new" drawing dialog box becomes the default until another one is selected.

    ok thanks... I think I hat to work in the acad.dwt
