Help a Lamer Please!!

Discussion in 'SolidWorks' started by Guido De Angelis, Sep 25, 2004.

  1. I have made an image of an octagon, shaped donut, extruded, with all
rounded edges. (fillets). After coloring the image, all the construction
lines that define the image itself, including all the radii, remain.
Will someone please tell a lamer, such as myself, how to get rid of
them, so that only the coloring defines the edges. I am using Solidworks
    2003, if it matters.
    Thanks in advance,

  2. Are you seeing the sketch or sketches that defined the part? If so, you can
either hide all sketches by clicking the view button at the top, then
unchecking sketches, or you can hide the individual sketches by
right-clicking on the sketch in the feature tree (expand the feature if
    needed) and clicking hide.
