Hatched area ignores CTB settings (2004) - SOLVED

    Ok, I can't exactly explain this, but I was specifying a line weight of 0.003" for color 170 with my XEX 8825 printer and if you went to the CTB file and edited the lineweight for color 170, I noticed that the 0.003" was sorted up in between 0.012" and 0.03". Hmmm.

    Normal lineweights in this ctb file (ones I didn't make up) start at 0.005" I had simply TYPED in the 0.003" once upon a time (months ago) since I wanted a lighter weight and it had worked (mostly).

    So, I selected 0.005" and then dialed in a gray scale of 85% and I get a similar weight and it seems to work consistently. In other words, I have not made it screw up yet.
