    I have a 'hatchmaker' routine I created about 10 years ago. Still works today.
    Writes to the acad.pat file.
    But you need to have the pattern laid out, in lines, first. Innerested?

    It's over there =====> autodesk.autocad.customer-files.
    Lemme know if it makes you pull your hair out!

    One thing I didn't put in the code was a running osnap for endpoint. Since hatch
    segments are typically all endpoints, that's how I use it. I just wasn't
    positive everyone would wanna use it that way.
