GRX PLotter error

    I have a GRX-400 at the high school and some students broke it. The physical
    damage was repaired and the plotter loads properly by itself but now there
    is an AutoCAD error that I can not work through. Here is a history dump.
    (its short).
    clues to problem solving this would be appreciated

    Opening an AutoCAD LT 2000/AutoCAD 2000 format file.
    Regenerating model.

    Command: *Cancel*

    Warning - Invalid hard clip limits returned from plotter. Using computed
    clip
    limits. Is the HPGL plotter plugged into the configured port? Are the serial
    port and plotter settings matched?

    Automatic save to C:\DOCUME~1\STUDEN~1.DCG\LOCALS~1\Temp\Building Section
    and
    Details_1_1_4579.sv$ ...
