Gray plots in 2005

Discussion in 'AutoCAD' started by Darren Shields, Sep 7, 2004.

  1. I'm using an in house plotting program that uses the -Plot comand. When I
use it in 2005 I get gray or faded out plots, however when i go through the
same steps in 2004 everything is fine.
2005 works fine when manually plotting and I have made sure that i'm using
the same PC3 file when maually and using the -plot and plot.

A big thanks for any help.

  2. Hard to tell if you customize autocad what went wrong.
You state that the correct pc3 file is being used.
    How about the plotter/printer driver.
    Is that the correct one?
Is there some line of code that changes all to a greyscale?

    Regards.

  3. Its the same code except for the location of the PC3 file. This is what
happens when one would use the -Plot.

  4. Thank, I finally figured it out. It was an conflict with the profile path
and the hard coded path in the Plot Program.
