    then he wouldn't use a 2D program as AC..

    ...allmost every card is fine for 2D, try a cheap and fanless nVidia
    FX5200 e.g. by Albatron

    Its mostly 2D, maybe just a little of 3D. The purpose is building
    designing.
    I have very little money (~500$) and need to buy whole computer with
    it. Thats why I need to know what is the key component. For eg. is it
    better to get more RAM and slower graphics card? How much RAM should I
    buy? Is amount of memory in graphics card important?

    depends on used OS, if XP try to get 512MB or more.

    CPU is more important than GPU of graphic card.

    ? Is amount of memory in graphics card important?

    not for CAD, 64MB are fine for all resolutions.
