    Yes, please check out Impression; its a free download. If you've ever had
    the need to 'colorize' your dwg output this will be of interest to you.
    Impression reads and preserves AutoCAD layer info and block info; there is
    much more to say but the best thing to do is to go to the site and check it
    out.
