I don't think it is necessary to explode the hatch prior to using BPOLY.

That doesn't work, unless there is a setting I don't know about.

  3. Jamie,

I need your e-mail address, I finished the routine for you, it won't required to explode anything, the function calculates the internal point even if it is on any angle the hatch pattern.

The portion for xref's it requires more work, and I will leave that for you.

BTW, the code will be open, and you will realize how easy it was....

    HTH.

I'm sorry for not replying. I got it and I checked it breifly earlier this
week. Things around here got really busy and I haven't gotten the chance to
go back and do some more with it. But, so far, all I've been able to get it
a node where I pick on the screen. I took a little bit of time to see what
you had put together and try to decifer what was going on. I'm still
learning Vlisp and VLAX functions so it's not a cut and dry understanding.
I've been able to figure out the first 2/3rds. The last 1/3 I wasn't able
to give the proper attention it needed to figure out what was going on.
But, before I could, I got busy doing drawings. So, I might be able to get
back to it next week. Maybe.
