GetEntity and result of free pick

    I have read about bug of last typed keyword result on Enter with GetInput. A have similar problem. After GetEntity and picking on no entity I get error and GetInput returns last pressed keyword. I tried find the solution by err.description to distinguish free pick and key pressed, but in both cases the err.description is something like "Method GetEntity of IAcadUtility object failed" (I have Czech AutoCAD). So my problem is not Enter pressed, but free mouse pick and last typed keyword.
