GEOCAD EQUIVALENT

    We have been using GEOCAD version 1.6, DOS-based, from N/C Data in
    Mountain View, CA since 1987. Our computer's hard drive finally quit
    working and we need to find an inexpensive Windows-based equivalent
    program that would not require much training.

    Any suggestions?
