Full Preview Trouble

    Hi There
    I have a costumer with Win Xp Pro, service pack 1 running Autocad 2004
    service pack 1a and a plotter hp 1050c installed by tcp ip. He uses custom
    papers with large formats. When he goes to the plot menu and selects is
    custom paper 300x900 and makes a full preview, when he gets back to the plot
    menu the paper is no longer thw one he selected.
    Does anyone have an idea about this?

    Hi there,
    You might ask him what his PAPERUPDATE sysvar is set to. If it set to "1",
    the paper size default to the printer will try to over-ride the one set by
    the user. Try setting this sysvar to "0" to avoid this over-ride.
