It's a "hip" way to say "child".

One of the most interesting things for me about Hendrix was
how tight his band was. Noel Redding and Mitch Mitchell are
    just awesome musicians.

  2. Bonjour Jean Marc.

You are correct "Chile" is simply a slang contraction of "Child", most
often heard in the phrase "honey chile" which tends to crop up in real
    everyday usage.

Basically it's "child" less the "d" with an "e" added on the end to be
correct because the "i" is "long".

Note: Chile is also a word, but not with this meaning here.

I've heard this one a hundred times in real life and used it
    humorously as a spoof.

In slang (worldwide I'm sure) it's not uncommon for parts of the words
to fall out or letters to be substituted.

"He knocked my toof (tooth) out wid (with) his fis (fist)."

Since we are off topic, I would offer something to refocus us on
solidworks, but in the context of Jimi:

(SUNG TO THE SOUND OF "PURPLE HAZE")

    SOLIDWORKS BRINGS ME PAIN,

SERVICE PACK - THINGS DON'T ACT THE SAME,

IT'S ACTIN' FUNNY BUT I DON'T KNOW WHY,

SCUSE ME - WILL IT CRASH THIS TIME?

    Regards

  3. Thanks to all for the explanations.

Then maybe SW QA kisses the sky a little too much. No excuse...

And we will not renew maintenance either.

Just a few comments posted on December 11th to
alt.machines.cnc by Bottlebob in regards to all the lying
    that Cliff does

"Yet another bogus claim of yours uncovered that you're
unable/unwilling to support or back up. This is getting to
be a real habit with, isn't it?"

"I note you failed to explain yourself as I asked. I don't
have time to look anything up right now, I too busy replying
to your excuses, misdirections, fraudulent claims, and what
    not."
