fool quotes in acad 2004 lt

    why I can't move a drawing in a Autocad Lt 2004 drawing-window, without that
    all the aligned quotes get foolish: they don't move with the rest of drawing
    or they rotate randomly or "explode" around the sheet and so on !!!
    Do you now something about to help me?
