Font te______.pfb ? Where do i get this?

te______.pfb my a missing font. we work with an office which seems to
use this font, but i don´t know where to get this font.
i am using autocad 2004 lt.
can anybody help me?



und jetzt auf deutsch. obig genannter font fehlt mir, welchen autocad
immer wieder durch einen simplex.shx ersetzt. ich suche diese
schriftart schon länger, aber habe keinen erfolg. Wie installiere ich
diesen Font - bei autocad 2004lt?

Goggle says it's a standard font in Autocad r12

Be sure to get the matching PFM also, or it won't display.

 

Hi Jim!

I saved the 2 files at my desktop.
I opened my windows fonts menu and installed this *.pfm font.
I copied the two files to the location --- autocad fonts.

But when i open the file it says:
take [simplex.shx] instead [te______.pfb] ...
So this don´t help me in acad2004lt.

Any other ideas how to install this font?

You can't use .pfb fonts in current versions of AutoCAD. Autodesk removed
that capability along about R13.

You can, however, "compile" those .pfb files into .shx equivalents. Details
in HELP.

Sorry, I missed the fact you're using LT. There's no COMPILE command in LT.

Perhaps you could get someone with a full AutoCAD version to compile it for
you.
