    Do you mean that you tried what I suggested and that didn't resolve the
    problem?

    What is your main customization file set to? (Look in OPTIONS)
    What is the name of your current workspace?

    I can go to the options only by keyboard imput.
    Acad.cui is the customization file.
    Workspace is... I don't know because I don't see the palette tool in wich I
    can read it
