finding the same objects...

    I have a drawing for soem slab reinforcement frames... i need to count the
    number of channels, angles, etc. but to do this by hand will take for
    ever... i know that in the drawings all the channels are X,Y and all the
    angles are X,Y... they are all polylines... how do i search the drawing
    for all rectangles 48,4... also, i have polylines that show angles from the
    side... like and "L" with fillets no the corners... i need to do the same
    search for those...
