find nearest polygon

    How can I find a bounding polygon to a point. I have many polygons
    connected like a grid that share common boundaries. These boundaries have
    points speckled throughout. I need to select a point and have VB find the
    polygon which encloses that point. Can anyone point me in the right
    direction.
