Working with ACAD 2000i and HP DJ600.

Setting up titleblock template with new logo. Referenced raster image is a b/w .tif at 128k. Finished ACAD file is 36k.

When I send plot and it starts to spool the file size counter says 6MB total.

What in the world would cause such an increase at plot?

We do T24 layouts all the time with 4-6 900k .tif images per layout and it works fine. And without a drastic increase in the sent file size.

    thanks.

Turns out it was our font, not the image. Once we converted to .shx all was fine.

    Thanks for the suggestions.
