file/open function will not work in Autocad 2006

    Hi,

    I was wondering would anyone know why the File/Open function will not
    work in Autocad 2006? It was working fine till a week ago. Each time I
    click on file/open nothing happens. I got one of my colleagues to log
    in as them self to my laptop and the File/Open function works fine for
    them. I logged backed in to my laptop and again file/open fails to
    work.

    Any ideas?
