File Open Dialog Box Settings

    Is there a way to save the number of pixels I set in each column in the
    open dialog box so the settings are permanent? Every time I open
    Autocad (2004) the column width returns to a narrow column.

    Also Win2K. I've set the Windows Explorer column size but there's no
    effect on the Autocad window.
