file date/time ?

    Maybe Im overlooking something simple, but is there a reasonable method
    in VL for getting a files date/time ?

    Oh yeah. I dont know why I could not remember this, to much to do and a
    mild case of brain cramp.

    Be aware that vl-file-systime returns Nil for a drawing file that
    is currently open in AutoCAD.
