file conversion between Pro/desktop and Autocad

    I need to convert a .dra file in Pro/desktop 2000 to Autocad r14 and 2000,
    the brute force method (use Export ->DWG or DFX) seems somewhat rudimentary.
    Anyone have a pointer to some detailed step by step description on how to
    work this?
