Fatal Error

    Has anyone found a fix other than reinstall autocad software for this fatal error when clicking the printer/plotter 'properties' box in a layout page setup.

    R2002/MAP 2002 (network lic.) with service patches
    OS Win 2000 Pro with latest plotter drivers for HP designjet 1050C.
    Fatal Error:
    Unhandled Access Violation reading 0x0020 Exception at 633c4b5ah
