Fatal Error - Network License

    I work for City & Islington College where we are running Autocad 14 at one of our sites. The license manager is installed on one of our servers with 40 licenses available and we have a number of workstations using the client.

    We have just recently moved to a second site and installed the client on some workstations hoping that they would point to the license manager automatically but instead they display the following fatal error message;

    "Security system (hardware lock or network license) is not functioning or is improperly installed.

    We believe this problem to be caused by the fact that our server containing license manage is in a different network segment to the new client workstations, so my first question is; can we reconfigure license manager to pick up these new client workstations?

    If not I believe we can install the license manager or one of the new site's servers but we do not have the installation CD anymore, so is there any way we can obtain one?

    Thank you very much for any help

    Matthew

    Can the workstations "ping" the ADLM server ?
    If so, witch windows version have the clients ?
    There is an updated .dll for the clients on Win2000 (possible also XP) but i don't have it here right now...
