An error message appears after I plot to a Ricoh Aficio 1045 RPCS copier from AutoCad Map 2004. The plot was successful, but when I tried to pick a different layout tab or tried to open another drawing (I found two ways to create this same error), I received the error message: “Unable to Create New Color Paletteâ€, I clicked OK and it switched to the new layout tab or new drawing opened. The colors appeared all wrong then I got the“Fatal Error†message that forced me to shut the program down. A similar error message also appears after successfully printing to that same copier and closing the AutoCad application. That error message appears from between 10 to 30 seconds after AutoCad has closed. Nothing happens whenyou press the “OK†button in that message. The errors happens 100% of the time after printing from both AutoCad 2004 and AutoCad Map 2004. No error appears when printing to the Ricoh from AutoCad Map 2000.
