Fatal Error - AcDb16ENUres.xmx

    After installing 2004 off the network onto a windows 98 machine, I get a
    fatal error saying "cannot find XMX file" AcDb16ENUres.xmx. I can't find
    this file on other machines. Does anybody know what I need to do?

    You need to upgrade your operating system, Windows 98 is not supported.
