failed to load java application

    After reinstalling PRO/E 2001 i am not able to load jlink files in
    PRO/E .please help me to find a solution.(before it was running
    correctly)
    i am including environment variables
    CLASSPATH
    D:\link\ajoy\models\bb;D:\PTC\proe2001\text\java\pfc.jar;D:\PTC\proe2001\text\java\cipjava.jar
    PATH
    D:\jdk1.4.2-\bin;D:\jdk1.4.2-\jre\bin;%PATH%;
    PRO_JAVA_COMMAND
    java com.ptc.pfc.Implementation.Starter
