failed to create vba project

    On another users computer I try to create a new VBA project but get a message stating, "failed to create vba project". I am able to load and run DVB files onto this same computer. I just can't create one. We're using AcadMap2k on Win2k. Is this a permissions thing and if so how do we resolve it?
