Those are from having bulk or well ties that aren't connected in metal.
In other words, soft connect. You probably have one of three things...

    1) Part of your powerbus is still open
    2) You have a tap that you forgot to connect to the power bus
    3) You want to virtually connect your bus at this level of hierarchy, but
didn't turn it on in the DRC check.

How does your LVS look? If LVS is ok, it's probably not the first one.
And if you aren't cursing at yourself for such a silly mistake, you
probably don't have the third one...

About the only thing you can do is scroll through the errors, and try to
see if you can see any bulk or well ties that simply aren't connected to
    the main power bus.

If you continue to have problems, how are you at writing Diva DRC rule
decks? I had to make one once for this very problem, but I don't have it
any more (so I cannot paste it in here for you). At any rate, all you
have to do is define a well tie as a contact and n-active and n-well, and
define a bulk tie as contact and p-active and no n-well. Then
"geomConnect" just your metals and vias. Your two error marker classes
should be well tie not covered by vdd metal1, and bulk tie not covered by
vss metal1. This will also flag ties connected through active.
