External printing issues

    We are using a reprograhics company to plot our .plt files.

    They are not printing the lineweights even though on our preview they look correct. Also when we print locally (HP5100) they print correctly.

    They are using an OCE 9800 to plot the files but are telling us to use the drivers for a HP650C. Why?

    They have our pen settings could they be incorrect?

    Any ideas?
