express menu (mnu) not loaded

    express menu not loaded after i install autocad 2004 WIN98SE
    error msg acet-reg- can't open subkey but the command for express still can
    use

    Your message should go under the Express discussion group. However, if you go
    into that group you will find (I think) references that say R2004 is NOT fully
    compatible with Win98.

    who say! i'm try not running with express instaler but
    extract the zip file to express folder after that fire the autocad2004
    and it's auto load menu for express it's work well
