Exporting from VectorWorks

    At our lab, we have two computers, one with VectorWorks 11 installed and one
    with AutoCad 2005. We need to be able to transfer drawings between these.
    Exporting from AutoCad to VectorWorks isn't too problematic, but when I try
    exporting from VectorWorks to a DXF or DWG file, the solid fill is converted
    to lines. Can anyone suggest a way to prevent this?

    Don't use fill. VectorWorks handles 2d objects with alacrity, but Acad does
    not.
    The closest thing it has is HATCH and that's just a pattern of lines.....
