Excel BOM

Discussion in 'SolidWorks' started by Richard Charney, Dec 2, 2004.

  1. I deleted the Excel BOM from my assembly drawing so I could insert the new
style Solidworks BOM. Problem is it says the Excel BOM still exists in my
assembly drawing and that I need to delete it before inserting the
    Solidworks BOM.

How can I delete the Excel BOM when it doesn't exist anymore?

I believe you have to remove it from every sheet. Maybe you have one on
    another sheet?

  3. I did, I had three different BOM's, but they're all gone. I even reinserted
one and deleted it again. But it still gives me the same error. I guess I'll
be giving my VAR a call on this one.

  6. I'm having the same issue...... ig there's been an Excel BOM inserted, you
can forget adding in a SWBOM... it's toast!
