Error in paperspace HPdj1180c

    Any hints on this problem?
    Clicking outside viewport in paperspace(Acad2004)gives the blue screen of
    death, with the message:
    A Fatal Exception OE has occurred @ 0028:C0059219 the current application
    will be terminated.
    It is the same message every time, since installing HP1180c. The only other
    change recently was adding 256m to existing 128m ram, before this was
    working fine.
    Any help gratefully accepted I've spent days trying everything I can think
    of.
