Error 1723 when installing Autocad 2004

    I try to install Autocad 2004, and I got the following error in the
    installation:

    Error 1723: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A
    DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact
    your support personnel or package vendor.

    any ideas whats going on?
