Encounter & Nangate - Clock Tree Spice Extraction - CDB Files?

    Hi,

    I am trying to complete a P&R flow and get spice netlist of the clock
    tree in my design.

    I am using the open 45nm library from Nangate.

    The clock tree spice exporter needs access to some .cdb files whicha
    re not in the nangate library release.

    Is there a wya to generate .cdb file(s) from .lib/.lef files?
