Empty Drawing list

    When I start autocad and hit the "browse" button, the drawing list is empty...no drives or folders. I get a fatal error when I cancel.

    Same thing happens when I open the xref dialogue box and browse for files. Anyone have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

    I've deleted all shortcuts off the desktop and still no result. Even reloaded Autocad. Thanks for any suggestions
