Elongated or Distorted Text

    Does anyone ahve a solution or explanation for why certain fonts, i.e. simplex, are printing with elongated or exagerated points. Letters like M or W will have the points extended, also numbers like 5 are distorted as well. This happens on both the laserjet and the inkjet plotter.
