Element Information - cell / tag

    I am modifying cells created by another user and am a little confused.
    Here is the info I get from the "Element Information" after the cell is
    dropped. I could use a little help understanding the information.

    Cell <TX1_CTY> (2)
    Cell<CTY> (2)
    Cell <001CTY> (2)
    Line (3)

    A little background on the cell:

    The cell name is TX1_CTY

    The cell has a tag "County" which is replaced by a jobs particular
    county name with another macro runs.

    There a dot ( a line with zero width/length) which implies the Line in
    the code above- which is used for placement

    The three cell references confuse me. Are the multiple (nested cells)?
