Effective plot area

  1. Hi

I am working with AutoCAD 2005 and I try to get the real plot area of my
    plots.

I can get the paper size and "what to plot" area. But I am looking for the
area that is being send to my plotter.

My problem is that our draftmen picks a papersize= 3000x900 but the real
plot is only 300x630 and because the plotter is set only to print inked
area. When I make my account they are registret for the big area but they
should only pay for the small area.

Is this posible to get the real plot area or not??

    Thanks

    Carsten
