DXF POLYLINE SPLINE-FIT

    I'm writing a routine to convert dxf entity to another format. Are the
    spline B-Spline? If Yes then in a polyline with a spline-fit i've got
    a list of vertex with flag set to 8 or 16.
    What are the control points? And the knots vector?
