DXF groups codes...

Hi...

I can't find the DXF code for groups in the help file. I need them in order to select all the groups in my drawing and the filter method seems to be great for that...

...Does somebody know the DXF codes for groups ?

Groups are not selecteable objects. The drawing entities within the
groups *are* selectable objects.

If you're wanting to go through all the groups in a document, the Groups
property of the AcadDocument class returns a collection containing all
the groups in a drawing.

Actually, I've tried and succeded in using the filtertype n°102 with the value: "{ACAD_REACTORS"

It works !!
I just have groups on my selectionset

 

Hi. You might want to be careful with this, because the
102 group ACAD_REACTORS group code can contain
things that have nothing to do with GROUPs, and they
would also be selected.

Thanks Tony, I didn't know that ! I must keep it in mind...

But I just want being able to select all the groups in my drawing. If there is something else, I don't care. So I'm glad with Acad_reactors...
