Someone who doesn't have AutoCAD asked me if I can give her a R13 drawing in
..tif format. Does anyone know if and how I can do this??

File menu, export, choose bmp. Then change it to TIF with any software.
The quality can be very good. It depends on the autocad resolution on
screen. Say if you have a circle of very large radius, you zoom in to just a
little section. Execute "Regen" command. After this export the entities you
    want to bmp file.

  4. If you output your drawings to a PostScript print file (e.g. via
PSOUT), you could use our ps2bitmap module to rasterize them to TIFF
images at any resolution you specify. For B&W drawings it supports
industry-standard CCITT G4 compression, which will keep file sizes
    acceptable even at high resolutions.

It is a batch conversion tool available on Windows and UNIX platforms.
You're welcome to send me a sample PS file for testing if interested.
More info is at the URL below, also about our ps2vector and pdf2vector
modules to generate scalable and editable vector formats like
XML-standard SVG, MIF for FrameMaker, CGM, EMF and HPGL.
