It depends on what file types that Corel will accept.
    For:
WMF files - use WMFOUT in AutoCAD to create WMF files.
DXF files - use SAVEAS to save as DXF format
vector formats (jpg, png, bmp, etc.) - set up a plotter to plot to the
    desired format.

Not sure if it will work with Autocad 2005 files as I have 2000 version
    and this works.

    I just open Coreldraw
    Click File
    Click New
    Click File
    Click Import
Select the .DWG or .DXF file i want and I'm done!
I can now edit the file and save it in any format that Coreldraw allows
and I can use the file/export function to export the file as an Autocad
    file if I want.

    Good Luck

PS. Please post here if this works with Autocad 2005, good info to have
in case I get the urge to upgrade.
