DWF viewer compatibility

    I'm looking for a version of a viewer compatible with AutoCAD 2000 ePlot
    configuration printer (DWF format).
    With Autodesk Express Viewer 4.0 I cannot get the dwf plot to the correct
    scale.
    For example I create a dwf using the dwf ePlot plotter,
    papersize is A0 (1189.0 x 841.0 mm). If I open this dwf in
    the express viewer, then in the print dialog the page
    area is shown as 33.1 x 46.8 mm.
